geeks toy for betdaq

having just opened an account with betdaq then downloaded the the toy for said exchange, i cannot log into my account via the toy.
just to note i have the paid version for betfair and i have no problem there.
any ideas would be welcome

thank you in advance of any replies
ps i get a window coming up with all sorts of things on it my operating system is windows 10

Do you have money in your Betdaq account, the Toy won't work without it.
