Changing Default Stakes in Ladder

Hi,

I have problem with configurating stakes in bottom ladder and since i have higher stakes than maxium there its totally useless for me and writing each time diffrent stakes takes important seconds and i cant handle it by myself so maybe you can help me.

I know i can change those by putting default stake on the top and then by clicking the right button on the stakes below and changing them. After that in Market Navigator i Save my profile. It works a while like that but even without turning program off it change to default again later on. If i turn off program its always change to default stakes even i load at the start my profile.

I would appreciate help since this is very important and i have no more ideas how to fix this.

Most likely you press the left mouse button when you select stake value from the menu. Try to press the right button (right button for click on the stakes and right button to select value).

But i can change all those stakes for the market i open it , first i pyt default stake and by right click on the bottom i choose it and change . But once i do it for all stakes and save my profile , next time i open application i have all at default settings

Are you talking about the "stakes buttons" or the "stake value"?

For the stake buttons you have to do as you said...right click will change that button to the set stake value for all selection. After saving profile it will remain.

For the stake value you need to set it in the "Staking Tools". Right click the top bar of TT, go to "Show/Hide" and select "Staking Tools". Then set the value you want and press the update button, you will see that the "Stake Value" will be set in all Selections.

Hope this helps, if not please reply back and we'll figure it out... post a print screen for example so we can understand exactly what you are saying.

I understand the diffrence between this two but problem is it doesnt save.

I change all button stakes on the bottom of the ladder for my configuration like 400-600-750-1000 etc then go to Market Navigator and Save profile .

The problem is that when i open application again there are all default settings again without my set configuration.

What i dont understand that when i added Ladder contfiguration to pop up at start of new market it saved and i have this available every time i open new market ( diffrenet from default settings) so it actually saved correctly.

But why this buttons dont want to save. Maybe i should do it somwhere else not in market navigator settings ?

Actually i have noticed i dont have to turn off application at all.

I changed all the settings went to Save as new Profile and when after it i tried to Load this profile , all stakes button went to default settings 10-20-25-50...-250

I dont know if i can ask since this is geeks Toy forum but in such situation i wont be able to use this application. Before that i was thinking about Bet Devil, does they have such option to edit for own settings ?

How can such crucial thing cannot be edited by the way is not understable for me. What about bettors who have stakes above 250? Mine smallest is higher than that so i cannot use any of the stakes buttons and can only use default stake or change it manually every time i want another bet but this takes precious time and is a disadvantage.

you can edit the xml file (can't remember which one it is but will be something like C:\ProgramData\AGeeksToy\AGeeksToy\Settings - Betfair\DefaultStakes.xml

I think (but have no idea if it's real or if I imagined it) that there is a GUI way to save stake button changes, if so read the manual it's probably in there somewhere...

I have stakes and stake buttons up to £5000 so I must have set them to that at some point...

I've just changed mine and they work for grid and ladder. I think it's all to do with altering the amount of the stake after one right clicks the stake box and, then, left clicking on the amount which has a " + " sign in front of it.

y i wanted similar and did an edit in profile file in default settings. Thx a Lot !

One more question i have that i am missing and probably it can be fixed also.

When i place a bet that is unmatched i dont have the option to change odds for higher/lower to accept it in case odds changed during placing bet time. It appear on the main manu under "Place Bet" Area.
Is it possible to have in in the ladder also in tbe bottom for quicker reaction?

P.S Custard how to do it to have grid window bigger and have this default stakes button too ? I only have small window same as on bf with back and lay options and right click/left click to confirm default stake bet . Thx

I believe that the grid has limited size dependent on the number of entries, e.g. number of horses in a race. I don't think it's possible just to make it bigger.

Has your problem relating to stake size been resolved, please ? If so, was it Cran's suggestion or mine that you used ? His will definitely work, I'm sure.

From what u've said post earlier i thought that i can have grid open with all this default stake buttons that or on blue like i have on the bottom of ladder . aNd on the grid i only see back/lay options and possibility of taking a bet for default stake by clicking the left/right mouse button

I'm sorry but I cannot understand what you are trying to say. When you have changed the grid stakes, then, open the ladder, the figure at the top of the ladder can be altered according to your saved options. Right click on the figure and the others appear, then select the appropriate one.
