    Can't open The Toy

    Get a Windows error message:

    "AGT Pro has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

    I've re-installed it but get the same error. Is there a Windows Update that I need?

    There have been some Windows updates recently that may have goofed up your system

    Try a Windows system restore back to when it last worked.

          It's working again...

          I think it may have been something to do with Windows Updates. Did a system restore to a few weeks earlier and downloaded all the updates again and it's all good. Just wish I hadn't spent all morning faffing around, was planning on getting involved in the Grand Prix markets early on.

            Hi, why when i'm logging in today it's says:login unauthorized?

              The 1.1 version is not free. It's less complicated than the later version and some of us prefer using it.

                Additionally, a minor system issue was identified on Sunday that affected 6 user accounts. We have now resolved that issue, but to enable us to deal with it yesterday without any customer being adversely affected, we switched free access to AGT Pro back on for any expired accounts until midnight on Saturday 12th May
