Changing stake boxes in ladder mode

Any idea how I can change auto stakes in the boxes above the ladder to whatever I want them to be?

Also, how can I get the betfair graph to appear at the top? It only seems to appear in the Footer Layout part to me?

2) right click on ladder -> ladder layout -> streaming charts -> top
right click on chart -> this chart is -> Betfair Standars

Enter your stake and then right click ot one static button and choose it.
