GT stops working

For a few days I have a problem whilst using GT. It stops working for 5-10 seconds and that happen few times a minute!!!!
I have installed the newest version but the problem persist. I dont know where is the problem. I have checked my internet speed and it looks ok.
Any clues?
I attached two print screens of GT. you can see at the top left corner, highlited red, what the delay is of receiving an answer from betfair.
And it happens that the number shows 40 000 - 50 000, which means that the program wait for the answer 40-50 seconds.
Please help as I cannot trade with such a problem.

I think its not TG problem, its betfair, whoever I know, we all experiencing very bad api in the last few days, from last thursday.
