Error in play with hedge

Had a major problem yesterday where I could not get out of a trade in play I tried to hit the hedge button at £4+ then at £7+ then it was going between 6 and 2 green but it just wouldnt let me out there was just a error message every time I wanted to hedge never had this problem before and think its something to do with aolany thoughts cheers.

What was the error message?

If it was about exposure limit then you either had an unmatched lay bet already placed, or BF thought your account balance was < 0 (there is a Betfair bug which sometimes doesn't let you hedge if your balance is low/zero)

I did get a lot of lagging and freezing yesterday, but that in itself shouldn't prevent you hedging, it would just delay it...

Cheers for that cran last couple of weeks I have been using £10 just trying a few things in play and by the sounds of things it`s what you say above noted and lesson learned.
