You have no idea what this man is giving to you by ensuring this software is free. Please don't be angry if you don't have access 1 week this is a bullshit. Every other software will cost you more. This man is giving YOU a donation by not charging you for his own software so please go somewhere else if you don't want to be here. I personally have a problems with payments with Paypal - I actually wanted to donate but my credit card where somehow rejected, also no moneybookers allowed, so I will patiently wait till TT is accessible again. The only thing i can say to this guy is one big
      TANK YOU THE GEEK
Anyone who doesn't want to be here can just go out and play tetris. Have a nice day. I will be off 1 week
The odds of succes dramaticly improve with each attempt

you don;t have to have a paypal account to use paypal. You can choose to use your credit/debit card without having an actual paypal account once you get to paypal

            Come on. Don't be greedy!

I feel part of the family now.
But just like me I believe a lot of people just need this extra push so they actually donate something.

Just put my £10 in, its not us who are donating really, its the geek. Personally I feel we should all be paying for this product anyway, even if it was just a £1 a week

every1 have a choice, please stop complain and use some other software, geek should block all of your access permanently.

this why the toy should not be for free, great software and forum. I cannot believe that some ppl complain coz of 5p, shame on you.

only thing what I would suggest is to implement the payment option via moneybookers soon, I know many ppl who cannot pay, I'm one of them also. one of my trader-friend payed for me , just a min for now, I cannot ask for more, if there will be some other paying option I could use, I would gladly donate and pay much more ), really great software (the best).

When you think of it.....you paid £10 for a product for the year, and do something good as well to charity.

OK i did say a few words under my breath this morning when i couldn't log in

but i have also said to Mr geek......I will donate from 00:01 on Tuesday 15th March until Midnight on Monday 21st March. what ever i make for that time. I am willing to give a %5 of what ever i make during that period

Well guys, I can't understand You. 10 pounds it's not huge money. It's just few pints. Monthly I donate myself more than that, and probably lots of You doing this too.
But Mr.Geek I have 2 complain about something
The think is: could You try to add some diffrent methods of donation's payments? I know, that all what You doing for us is non-profit, but could You try do that in the future? I live in Ireland, and I have only Laser debit card, which is not accepted by Paypal. So, to make donation, first I have to send money by bank transfer to Paypal, and after that directly to donated organisation. As I know from my previous experiences, bank transfer to Paypal will take around 3 days... So I will loose 4 days of good fun with European cups :-/
I know, I should knew about donation week, but for me trading is just a fun, and I don't fallow forum all the time, so I just missed it.
So, maybe is there any option to add for example: moneybookers?
Anyway: thanks for all, You doing great job.
p.s.: sorry for my bad english, but english is not my mother tongue.

I take the point about Moneybookers and will get an account sorted out for the next charity week in July.

                      What's new in version 1.2

Not charging for one of the top Betfair trading applications is my personal choice. That said, just because I don't need the money or the aggro of running this as a business doesn't mean that a product of this quality should be free.

                            Hence I came up with the idea of the charity weeks. And it's more than just the money that gets donated, the support required this week is a full time job as well. { 30+ Emails today and counting! }

Oh boy, looks like our community has some cheap bastards too. I just hate these people that they want absolutely everything for free and not give anything back. Be thankful to Geek that you have the opportunity to use the best (ok for some only one of the best) Betfair trading software out there. And for that you don't want to pay/donate 5 pounds? If you don't want to donate for a good cause taht is just sad (maybe the proper word is pathetic ).

You have a great software product which you have elected to offer to others to use for free. I don't think anyone who has used it would be averse to paying a little amount for it so long as you are up-front and tell the users that that the costs of running this thing are shooting up and ask them to chip in, instead of pretending that you are asking for donations to a charity.

Anyway, I just logged in again to see if you have already deleted my account here. I have already uninstalled your product from my computer. Please delete my account in the forum ASAP.
