Option to cancel bets not there

Yesterday when I placed a bet, it showed how much had been matched and how much was left unmatched so I could cancel what was unmatched but today I can't see that. As soon as I place a bet it goes into the system but there is no option to cancel or amend the bet. The 'unmatched bets' tab which is supposed to show on a market where there are unmatched bets doesn't come up so I am forced to go onto betfair and cancel my bets on there manually.

Can someone please help as I don't know why the option has suddenly gone

Are you in training mode ? If not, I suggest that you uninstall and install The Toy afresh. Never seen anything like you describe and I believe that support would need a bit more information before they could answer you.

It has just occurred to me that unmatched bets are only shown if the relevant market is open. Are you dealing with many markets at a time, please ? If so, is it possible that you are expecting unmatched bets to be shown even when the market is not live ?

Put a bet into the market that will not get matched >

Right click the top of the Main Info bar >

Show/Hide >

Make sure “Unmatched Bets” is ticked.

The option to do the above will only work if you have an unmatched bet in the market.
