BF say they are aware of the problem.

But the problem really is that the new LV product is frankly awful.

Anyone else have issues with live video today? The Toy would load most of them fine, but occasionally I'd just get sound with a black screen. The same race would load fine through Betfair.

Does anyone know why some videos dont load, and some have sound but a black screen? I have updated all drivers and flash etc. but the problem persists. Yesterday one race loaded fine, and then my connection stalled/spiked and the I could only get a black screen with sound.

It's not a big deal because I just have the BF live video in the bottom corner of the screen.

I use the betfair page now and enlarge it to 140% about 8" x 8"

Betfair servers can't cope every single Saturday. I just click and click and click until they play. Eventually. Can take up to 20 clicks on days like yesterday.

No. It's fcut. BF are aware and investigating. I suggest they just invest in some servers and brains to work out that today might have been popular.
