Moving Averages 1 & 2

Still getting my initial setup sorted. Can anyone tell me the difference between the 2 types of moving average? Thanks.

Nothing, other than you can set the parameters for each as desired.

IE 1 can be a 5 sec MA and another a 30 sec MA.
