Manipulate millions of Excel rows

Hello guys,

What's the best way of filtering massive amounts of .csvs? I want to look at specific Betfair data from the 2015/2016 football season, but the Excel row limit won't let me achieve it.

There are a number of text editors out there that can handle millions of rows and have advanced searching and cutting and pasting abilities etc.

The one I use is called TextPad (you can download an unrestricted free trial from TextPad.com) (and I am not affiliated with them in any way).

I use it to mark the rows I want (eg by searching for the leagues and/or markets I am interested in) and then copy and paste those rows into a new csv file which, because it has much fewer rows, can then be loaded into Excel successfully.
