Sometimes I have a look at: http://www.soccerway.com/
When it comes to statistics, I most frequently use www.betvirus.com. Beside that, there is www.nowgoal.com; in fact, that's livescore site, but click on the small icon on the right side of the match, and you'll get a thorough stats, including time of goals and first goal.
There are a couple of sites with good previews, at least they're useful for team news, but unfortunately I don't have them in this PC, and I have not bookmarked them in delicious.com, so I'll post them next week, when I'm back home... if I don't forget...
Though, there's another site useful when searching for team news: www.newsnow.co.uk; just type the name of the club or player, and it will bring you back the list of related news from various sources, sorted by time.
