Acapulco tonight 9pm UK Time dont think there is a feed but will try and locate one Polona Hercog V Alize Cornet - Hercog is a young Slovenian player who has reached a career high ranking at number 59 with a superb start to the season just recently she won the ITF Cali in Columbia on clay beating a decent field then lost in the first round next day back on the main circuit but dont read too much into that. She has had a weeks rest and defeated Rosana De La Rios in the first round here easily, Hercog favourite surface is clay she is very much at ease and full of confidence. She is up against Alize Cornet who had a terrible year last year and has not started this year much better in the matches I have seen her play she looks unsure of her game, nervous and very timid. One word of warning is clay is her best surface but even so I cannot see that bridging the gap between the two players one who is low on confidence and who's ranking is sliding and one who is high on confidence and ranking has hit an all time high. Cornet's second serve % was down at around 28% in her first match here against Jill Craybas now Craybas is basically not good enough to take advantage where as Hercog is.

Hercog was available earlier today 2.26 to back but that has been snapped up but still 2.10 is superb value.

Lok forward to reading it mate I always think it is important just to put some reasoning for why I side one way or the other, might be totally wrong but there will be no sitting on the fence here and thats the good thing about trading if it starts going wrong I jump ship

Polona breaks to go 2-1 up her odds 1.45 and I am out, will go in again if Poloana's odds go above 1.80 again in this first set.

Sharon Fichman V Edina Gallovits - Fichman is ranked 129 in the world up against Edina Gallovits who is ranked 164. Fichman has won two titles on clay last year on the ITF Circuit and when you compare that to Gallovits 7 titles on clay then there looks no comparision but on closer inspection the last of Gallovits's titles was more than 3 years ago. She is slowly getting worse on clay as her match record from 2003 up until the end of 2007 was 115-56 but since then her record is 21-21 which is not very impressive at all. Her serve will come under alot of pressure tonight from Fichman and there will be very few cheap points available. Fichman dismantled Sorna Cirstea here in the first round and then the same again against Mariya Koryttseva, in her previous tournament she lost in a tight 3 setter to Angelique Kerber who went on to reach the final so there was no disgrace in that. Fichman is very much at home on clay as her record of 53-21 suggests the only realy weak spot in Fichamn's game is her serve and on clay that is negated somewhat.

Fichman is the pick for me, I might have a small dabble @ 1.90 pre match as if she starts quick she will dismantle Gallovits but will wait until the match starts before getting involved heavily as nerves might be a factor to start with and hopefully her price will drift out.

The only problem with that is there will be NO ATP tournaments next week....

            It's Davis Cup next weekend

Very quick one here as I am off out but I expect CSN to start quickly against Polona Hercog as she has only lost 3 games in the first sets this week and Hercog will be nervous.

Bloody hell glad I went out as apparently Hercog started like a train and was 3-0 up!!!! Apologies to anyone that toook any notice of what I said, I hold my hands up and say I got it wrong...badly
