  • motoGP - honda praparing a new gearbox?

hi guys, i've just read this article, here's the link for the ones who can read italian:

long story short, it says that honda is developing a new gearbox similar to the formula 1 one.
it "prepares" the next gear while the previous one is still engaged, so it saves time and avoids loss of traction during change (same as the double clutch system, but without the double clutch).
rumors say that with this system, a honda pilot can save 0,2 seconds per lap, it seems nothing, but if you consider the lenght of a race, is a HUGE advantage.

i trade only horses, but i thought that this information could be useful for you guys of the community, if you trade motoGP.
    ciao, and good trading!

i cant wait too, but i think this year will be a battle between yamaha and honda.
ducati has a few issues to solve, rossi is great but he cant make miracles.
anyway is going to be a great championship, real fun for us who have gasoline in the veins

I hope that we can see a lot of fights between riders and bikes, not Stomer or Lorenzo trashing everyone on each race.

i think stoner's price will come in after the qualifying sessions in qatar.i'd take him now at anything beyond 1.7 and either lay him or let it ride.what do you think?

I think Dani Pedrosa is good value at 4.7, especially since he's like lightening off the line, I think he will lead into the first corner, and come in a bit

Suffocation you were right, Stoner is trading at 1.5 today after his dominance in practice, he looks very settled on the new bike and is fav for the title IMO
