Can't open GT this morning

Morning folks.
I hope someone can help me.
I can't open GT this morning. I keep getting a message and bear with I am not very computer savvy, that a Trojan virus, I think it is called sonar.heuristic.120, is threatening my computer.
Can anyone help?

Having a terrible time with this.
Ran a full scan but still same problem.
Then saw custard's post, thanks, and tried the SpyHunter route but it hangs at 93% complete.
Just can't get GT to load.
Ready to throw the laptop out the window

Try doing a windows system restore back to the last time GT worked.

Sorted but exhausted.
Was at that for hours.
Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling GT and I'm back.
Might just leave the trading though as I am immediately down money and don't think my head is in it.
