Can't find 'Training Mode' function

Looking at the user manual the 'Training mode' is above the 'show/hide' feature but when I right click on the main bar I get the 'show/hide' at the top. I've only just got this Geeks toy installed and would like to use the training mode. Can't find it anywhere.

Look at the drop down menu on the login screen.
