Crash Bug ?

Hi there I run the software on a laptop and a pc. Currently laptop running fine but I have experienced problems on the PC over the last couple of days. Software doesn't open displays various access denied messages and has asked me to post this pic on bug reports




I have uninstalled and re-installed a couple of times with no luck
