Wrong Time at Coupons

Market navigator shows correct time, while at coupon it's +1 hour..

I've tried to change my time zone at Control Panel (even it's set correctly)- doesn't work...
At Betfair page time is also shown correctly..

It's happening exactly this to me. (soccer coupons)
In matter of fact, this happens everytime when there is a time change. March and October.

I have the correct time on the pc and daylight saving time is checked.

Earlier this month the coupons opened with the wrong time but in a few seconds they refresh to the correct time.
Now they don't refresh and they are always in the wrong time. (+1 Hour)

Normally I do nothing, and after some days/weeks(?), this get back to normal.
But now I want to understand the cause and solve right away because it causes me confusion.
