Events: Coupon VS In Play Now

Hello,

Coupon is my starting point. It's an essential tool for me.

Some time ago, I noticed that not all events appear in the coupon. To confirm I have to open the "In play now" ( not so practical because I have to click more times to open match odds, for example,they are not organized chronologically and I don't have the liquidity info). This can cause that sometimes I loose potential good markets.

Can this be fixed?

The data for the coupons we scrape directly from Betfairs old website.

Next time you see a missing match, navigate there and see if it is included. If not, it's because Betfair are not including it in their coupon for some reason.

If it is there let us know and we'll take a look to see why it's not appearing. If not please also let us know so we can close the bug report.

Right now I'm in Tenerife on holiday for Christmas and won't have access to the software for a week. In the new year we will look into a different data source for the soccer coupons which should fix this.
