Can't login

I'm getting this error every time I try to use the software, since yesterday, on the same system I have been using for years.

Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path ", line 0, position 0.

The same credentials work on another software.

Any help is much appreciated.

Best to use the contact us, as it is to do with betfair's use of cloudlfare and ip blocking.

Betfair were having technical issues with the api
