Coupons missing in soccer?

Hello.
During the last couple of days (I'm sure there was a problem yesterday, can't say for sure for Friday) when I use the market navigator at AGT, I open "Soccer" and then "Coupons" and the only choices available are "In play","Daily" and "REST OF WORLD"... where did all the other coupons go?? (e.g. Europe West, UK, International etc).
Inside "UK->English Soccer->Coupons" there are several coupons (which shouldn't be there I think..) and in general there seems to be a mess..
Is this a BF problem or something goes wrong when AGT retrieves its markets info?
I know this may not sound very serious, but as I ONLY use the coupons to navigate markets (and I spend a lot of time doing this) what I do takes a lot more time (without coupons) than usual

I've tried many times to do this and in the past (as similar problems with coupons have occured several times in the past, in soccer and other sports) it really corrected the coupons.
However now , no matter how many times I Right click on coupons->"Refresh From Betfair" it doesn't change anything and still displays only the coupons I mentioned (In Play, Daily,Rest of world with only australian A-league inside)
You mention "Restore data from betfair" . I believe we say the same, "Refresh from Betfair" , right?
I've tried right click-> refresh on Soccer and on Coupons (under soccer)

yes, I mean Refresh From Betfair, you did well, but I don't know why it doesn't work.

The coupons get put into categories based on the information received from Betfair.

For example, if they include a new coupon for 'Swedish Division 29', a decision is made about where to put it, and the 'Europe (Scandinavia)' category is the best fit there. After that, anytime it came up in the future it would be be automatically placed in the same category.

What you are seeing has been categorised based on the name Betfair have supplied for the coupon. By way of another example, there is no 'English Premier League' coupon because BF haven't created one (or haven't created what would be the current version).

I don't disagree about this, about where a coupon appears in general or how these are divided. I'm talking about the fact that all coupons that were there until Thursday (and for at least the last 2 years) now do not appear anywhere at all! Is it possible that betfair has changed the form of info they send or anything like that? Is it possible that they've changed something so these coupons have been "sent" to another point in the market navigator where I can't locate them and if yes where would that be? And if something like this is the case (man ifs... ) then is this a temporary problem, or something has drastically been changed ?

There are no coupons there because there are no coupons in the bf data to put there.

If any coupon comes through that has yet to be categorised it will be found directly in Soccer--Coupons, this you may see from time to time as brand new coupons are created.

I just checked the Betfair website and it is showing exactly the same coupons as AGT.

Therefore you will need to contact Betfair about this as they are the ones supplying the data.

I download the last version now and i have no coupons. What can i do? I've 30min to the beginig off the game.
