Betdaq API problem

I get a flashing message (white on black) in the api box 'blacklisted'.
Any pre-set tick off-set or stop loss are inactive and can't be dragged or dropped.
Nothing appears in 'unmatched bets'. Suddenly a flush of bets are recorded which don't represent the position I was trying to achieve.
I have always got sufficient funds in my account so it can't be related to this.
Help appreciated.

Weird. I take it it's been working fine up until now?

Have you been using any other Betdaq apps in parallel? { This can cause it }

You get that if you make too many API requests.

They don't tell you what too many is though...

It doesn't last long.

Thanks for your replies.

TG I think I may have had Betdevil's Dutching software for Betdaq open at the time, I'll see what happens this afternoon.
I did put a suggestion/request in the sub-forum 'Suggestions', asking if it would be possible to include in the 'profits' option, the ability to adjust the target profit for individual runners, this makes dutching more flexible and helps to control the overall dutch stake.
I don't want to have two different software applications open and hope you may be able to include this function in AGT pro.

Yesterday I set up my betdaq account using TGT, within 2 races I got a blacklisted message and was unable to trade out of a position, eventually after the green I wanted turned to a big red, it allowed me to trade out. I was only testing luckily for me and the green was .76 and the red was 2.47 so no serious damage caused. I then obviously stopped trading betdaq.
When I rang customer service today, they explained that all trading software has API limits and that blacklisted meant I was frozen out for a minute, not knowing this I must have tried several times and got blocked for a minute each time.
They have now emailed me the limits for TGT which is probably helpful to someone who has clue, sadly I don't, can anyone help me by telling me how to transfer this info to TGT. Many thanks, happy trading.
