  • delay when placing and cancelling

Just trying to find out why it's happening, needless to say it's affecting my trading.
As you can see especially in the second half of the video, the response is inconsistent, sometimes it places and cancels instantly, sometimes it takes a half a second to a second. And my connection is fine (pinging yahoo, 45 ms), the computer has a dual core processor and 4 GB of ram, not overloaded. The refresh time is set to 0.2 sec. This has been happening the last 4-5 days or so, I hoped it would go away but it seems not.
Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Have a look at 'On Place Bet Double Click', in 'Advavced Betting'.

Is it set to 'Submit Second Bet', or 'Do Nothing' ?

I'm thinking that both of yours are set to 'Do Nothing', which is why some bets were placed and others are not. If you go down the Ladder submitting bets really quickly, only a portion of the clicks would submit a bet under the 'Do Nothing' setting.

That's not a bug in the product, but is caused by the mouse double click sensitivity settings on your PC.

Actually it's got nothing to do with the mouse, I tried single clicking and the it's the same, you can see it herehttp://youtu.be/UhKsAL-GKFM

Then I switched to Bet Devil to see if there's any change, but things were roughly the same, so it must be Betfair's fault here. Anyway, consider this thread closed.

It's not Betfair, it's the Windows mouse click handler. But I consider it closed & will move it to help.
