No plans I'm afraid. You don't need a PayPal / Moneybookers account for one off payments though, as I believe it can be done with a credit or debit card.

Just use the Neteller Net+ Mastercard to make your payment by Paypal. It worked for me without problems.

euuuh i tried 2times on 2 different sites this ..... net+ card and it's always refused...

but i'll retry perhaps ( even if i have a moneybookers account )

i chose paypal for the payement and add the net+ card and it has worked ( first time always exciting )

4€ fee with net card...

but i don't understand , there is the payement of 120 gbp , ok no prob,

and at the same time there is a transfer of 1 $ ???

Transfer Neteller

I have the same problem I have money in neteller but I do not have the neteller card to buy with the card and I think that if I apply for the card does not come on time

I can transfer to any account neteller because I do not have international card.
And I really want this license.
