Normal BF site not working?

Hello, I just downloaded today and since I have, I am unable to open any markets on the normal betfair website. I also cannot display my account balance etc.

I was just wondering if this is normal and everything has to be done through the application from now on or if there is something I can do to change it?

Any help would be appreciated, Many Thanks.

Nothing the application does should affect your ability to use the Betfair website. So something else is your problem. If it persists, try using a different web browser like google chrome. Failing that, a system restore back to a time it last worked may cure it.
