    Hi for a week or so now have not been able to log in to the toy. When start up i get the message geeks toy has encountered a problem and needs to close, i have re installed a few times now with no success, i have no problem on my laptop but i prefer to use my office pc for my trading, do you have any ideas on my problem if so would be appreciated i am missing using the best software on the market im getting withdrawal pains

    If The Toy worked on that machine previously, what I would suggest as a first step is doing a system restore back to beyond the point it stopped working.

      Thanks for the quick response to my question i have tried that also. No joy there either! looks like a new pc is the order of the day

        Why buy a new PC if it did the job before and you have no hardware issues.

        If the rollback action didn't help, just make a backup of your VIP files/folders and do a clean install of your O.S., that is if you have the original DVD.
