Login problem: Toy asking to complete some invisible process

Hello,
some days ago, I have downloaded the last version of the toy in a new computer, in logging I insert my username and password and it then appears the following message:

"First time user? Please complete the below process. Then sign in again"

The problem is that there is no below process, the page is blank!
What the hell do I have to do?
