I suspect it may be to do with the currency settings on your PC.

The Toy will display a comma or a full stop depending on what international settings you are using.

i'm running W7 and Win XP both english . International settings are set to english aswell keyboard preferences too. and everytime i press . nothing happens when i press it on num pad next to "0 insert" it gives me "," not "."

Do you use a comma as a decimal separator there?

When i for example Lay a bet i got a default stake set like 0.01 then i can delete numbers leaving . separator and it's all fine. But whenever i delete that . it's gone for good cause whenever i press . it's , so it's comma whenever i'm trying to make a full stop
