Login Problem

I haven't been using the program for a while, and on returning I find I cant login.

Certain I have the right username and password (can login direct on the Betfair site), but when trying with the toy I get an error message:

Login Error

The API returned the following error codes

Header Error Code: OK
Login Error Code: API ERROR
Minor Error Code: LoginTask-execute-exception
NgErrorCode Error Code: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

I have a Lifetime Licence for the toy and am using windows 10.

Does anybody know what the issue is and how to solve it?
