bet placement lags

hi all , i was wondering is anyone else having trouble with bets not appearing when click to place them in play on horses then after maybe 10 seconds or so they suddenly appear and get placed , this happened to me a few times now yesterday and also today in the 12.15 lingfield .. need to find the problem for this as very dangerous in play
