Betting ballance keeps disapearing and reapearing (for no reason)

ok this strted like 10 minutes ago - you place a bet (like 30% of your bank) - it jums down to like 95% leaving you pennies - then after like 10-20 seconds jumps back
First it showed on BF wallet, but now it only glitches only in toy, please have a look - trading is almost impossible

Yeah, I'm having the same issues. Balance vanishing in between and during races.

All the same for me. Can't do anything inplay. BF support said they are aware of it but also proposed to ask GT as my API provider. Nothing clear

Other software's users complaint as well. Looks like something with BF API.

Two hours ago there was a problem with me, there was a mistake in closing market values at AUS Horse Racing / Canb (AUS) 26th Apr: R5 1000m Mdn. According to the photo (printscreen), i ended the transaction in ladder 1 with purchases and sales of odds totaling +£6,30 (minus the betfair commission). To my surprise, at the close of this market, Betfair instead of paying me, debited me - £ 0.42. I'm unsure of leaving big values at betfair with a possible new mistake maybe some guy have a contact with the advanced betfair support / staff traders to be able to repair the problem ... also I got in touch but their support is very superficial. I sent email to betfair support to the market country, which is australia, which in turn asked me to contact the betfair support of england, which no longer has email ... and this via twitter asked me to send the "complaint" to betfair support portugal. Is there anyone who wants to solve problems today? they are very generic ... it seems that there are only employees for the player punter...
