    What the F@@@ happened???

    Hello everyone,

    Have been using the geeks toy for some time now, currently at matchbook

    I dont know what happened but i lost half of my bankroll and i dont know what happened, but almost got a heart attack !!!

    The game is Krasnodar vs Valencia

    I layed the draw at 2.06, in 85min Krasnodar score for 1:0, market is dead i cannot close for 1-2minutes than i have 60 to green i click it and it dissapears then 54 to close i click it again suddenly I have this HUGE AMOUNT ON THE LAY *1700 pounds* I dont know how it got matched since there was no action at all and i didnt place this bets, Valencia equalised in last second and i almost fainted, i have no idea what happened

    everything is settled my money is gone and i feel like i am gonna die seriously

    From what u wrote I dont understand:

    1. when u layed at 2.06 for such huge amount why to green in 85th min only for 60?
    2. u clicked hedge and dissapeared what?

    Was there VAR (like disallowed goal)?

      My initial lay of the draw was at 2.06 odds for 100pounds this happened around 75min
      85min Krasnodar scored, i had the option to green at 60 i clicked it and it dissaperead not matched, then 55 to green came i pressed it again and suddenly I see i have 1700 on the lay the draw????? I have done this hundred times i dont see what mistake i could make,
      Valencia equalised in 93min and I lost..... I dont know how from 100 initial stake i hade 1700 on the lay.... how it got matched???
      there was no liquidity at the moment....

        Its strange, looks like u took lay bet at these high odds. Check your account statement if you can find such lay. Picture is too small.

        Definitely contact customer support to let them know about you.

          support told me everything was matched and is ok....
