Newbie Needs help

Ok so I have used the toy before and my buddy has opened a betfair a/c and installed the trial version and I planned to show him how to use it.

But the odds don't change, it doesn't matter whether he uses the live or practise version, nor whether he uses his pc or laptop, the odds are static as is the money in out??

Now he hasn't deposited any money yet as I was hoping to 'show him around' first does this matter?

I really haven't got a clue whats going on, i tried adjusting the api refresh rates etc but nothing changed

Really hope its something simple we haven't thought of?

Make a deposit and see if that makes a difference.
