Market tree not loading

Hi to everyone. is there anyone having this issue today? the market tree stays at "loading" all the time. Is this a problem of the geeks toy or betfair? Thanks in advance four your answers

Dealing with the same problem!!! Betfair is working so it must be geeks. Please help

According to what i read on twitter, it seems to be intermittent issues with retrieving the market navigation tree, its a betfair problem apparently. My Geek is working well now.

In my case, i did nothing, just opening and closing the software until finally, it work.

L.E. - FIXED. I did a clean install and now markets are loading. I don't know if this is the solution, but for me it worked

I've tried reinstalling/restarting but NOTHING works...I can find nothing official from Betfair or the Geek indicating what the problem is or when it is likely to be fixed????.........reminds me of when I was hunting tigers in Africa ..never found any :0)

Also having the same problem just says loading but wont load.Just looked at betfair site and that looks fine.Please geek or someone please fix this fast.

Just talked to betfair and they are not having any issues on there end it must be the third party.Geek you really need to fix all these issues that have been going on since forcing everyone onto these beta programs.For years i've used geeks toy and only had problems lately since going on beta.Not personly having a go at you mate you've done a great job for years its only been last 3 or so months and these beta programs.

I think there where some tweets about this error yesterday on twitter

Before reinstalling I deleted that folder with all the geeks settings from C partition ( c:\Users\All Users\AGeeksToy ) and after that made a clean install. I repeat, I don't say this is the fix, but for me it worked

Also make sure you save you geeks profiles if you have any, because you will lose them if you delete that folder.
