Coupons gone again

I remember this being a problem when the new API-NG was launched, but I've lost the coupons again today. No daily football coupons, no tennis coupons, though there are cricket coupons. Is it a coincidence that it's happened this week when Betfair have abandoned the old site?

Any help out there? I particularly need the football coupons, especially on busy days.

Coupons are scraped from the old website. And they are not supplied by the new API. We have to build them ourselves, and that is what I am working on now.

You have to laugh at Betfair, how many times do they shoot themselves in the foot. thank god the support team are on it, any time frames for the coupons re-appearing, I for one am lost without them.

Anytime will be good, did not realise how much I depended on the in-play coupon. Thank you from all of us for getting on the case so soon. just wish Betfair would stop making improvements!!!.

Betfair have slowly eroded away at the coupons, so no surprise they've ditched them. Must have been too much work for them to actually help out customers.

We're on the job. Trouble is Betfair gave us less than 2 weeks notice on the switching off of the coupons, and I'm on my summer holidays with the kids ATM in Spain, so have no access to the exchange.

Richard is working on something to replace them and we will release when we can, but ultimately this is a Betfair feature that has been discontinued, not a GT one, so not our fault.
