Invalid Login

I'm trying to login in purchasing the page, with the credentials that always used for Geeks Toy, but is always to give invalid login.
I am not using the software for some time, and I downloaded the latest version and I can login and use the software normally.

Is there a problem with my account ?!

In the software select Main info bar menu -> Cloud Settings -> Payment Portal
