Guy, i'm not here to make friends, not being polite is not your problem i think, just like the fact that i need a doctor. I have my own rules that work for me and you are not the person that could teach me how to approach problems. Actually the post was posted correct, in 'report a bug' thread, and i have posted a screenshot to confirm that, and i have not posted anything about help, because i know how to use the software. In addition to that i have wrote a suggestion for you, how in real world software development things are. The fact you are taking this suggestion too personaly is your problem, not mine and what 'polite' means for you doesn't mean it's actually the truth of life, it is in your head. But, for some reason and I dont know why, you have moved my post to 'HELP' thread when it was a 'BUG REPORT'. A junior in software development will consier this post as a bug report, but not you. That's why i have replied the second time. Please, if you have kids, teach them what you want, not people on this forum. First of all we are business partners, I'm paying your service (software) and keep in your head your opinion about me.

I didn't. It's possible one of the forum moderators did however, because your problem on Saturday was not a bug in Geeks Toy, but was caused by issues at Betfair....

Yes, we would have done so for sure, but you were just too rude. The problems were caused by failures at Betfair and were nothing to do with any bugs.

everyone told to everyone what was going on on saturday because we are all here part of the geekstoy-community. comm-u-ni-ty .. and if someone is rude, he is not part of this community here, so no need to inform him, he is outside and alone. being polite has many advantages, being non-polite has only disadvantages.
