Error in order

When i try to make a bet, i cannot make it, and it just shows an error - ERROR IN ORDER. It appears below the clock where you can see the countdown untill the race. Anyone have any solutions??

But it might be related to my austrailian wallet. I tried to make a bet on a hopman cup tennis game on Perth, and everything works just fine.

What i would like to know is under which circumstances do I get this "error in order" warning?
