Hi, I have a problem with geekstoy when trying to connect.

I can't log in today using AGT 1.3n. I have error messages which are "unable to load user profile" and "object reference not set to an instance of an object". I have uninstalled and re-installed this version several times without improvement.

I can log in to my BF account using a browser, without problem

AccountDetailsResponse is timing out or not returning any values

The latest from betfair....

Yes, I think you need help. All types of trading software use the Betfair API. Today this failed and what happened was not the fault of The Toy.

Same problem here (The application could not load your user profile).
No problem to log in with my browser. If i check my last logins in my betfair profile the login attempt by GeeksToy is listed as succesful.
Once again a problem by Betfair ?

There is an issue with Betfairs API stopping people logging into GT.

Betfair are looking into it and last I was told it is now fixed.

Keep trying is our advice.
