Hi Guys/Gals,

just launching the Geek software for the first time and upon logging into betfair i'm getting this error "Product requires funded account" . I have a funded account with £40 in and have placed a couple of bets via the Betfair website so not sure why i'm seeing that error. Do i need to enable anything in my account?

hmmm. must be a problem with GeeksToy as using a different Betfair software xxxxx logs in fine and shows correct balance?

fixed!!! when i set Betfair account up i used paypal to add funds which was causing the problem because as i didnt use a debit/credit card i wasnt properly vetted! just added extra funds via debit card and i can now connect!!
