  • staking amounts change

Hi, i am wondering if someone knows how to do this as it been a small issue for me since i have been using the toy. I would like to change the stake amounts at the top of my ladder permanently. I have tried changing them and saving it as a new profile but wierdly everything else saves apart from the stake amounts :WTF. Now i have set up 2 profiles 1 for pre and 1 for in play but have to keep changing the stakes and its a bigger issue than it used to be. Any help would be appreciated,

    Many thanks, Dean.

Try the help menu - Ladder layout > Stake buttons

Once you have the stake buttons there you can right click one and change the amount

Have a look here which tells you about staking buttons.

This video gives a demonstration of using the stake menus in the Ladder Interface

If there's nothing to help there you'll just have to hope someone knows the answer

i know that lol but it does not save the stakes when the profile is changed meaning every time i open a new profile the stakes revert back to default. i would like to change them permanently.

Guess you might need to change the stake settings in the StakeSettingsFolder but don't quote me on it

This may ruffle some feathers but im not too impressed with the lack of help from AGT support, especially as i see help going to others clearly from AGT support, and especially as i am an annual subscriber, the same as many others no doubt.

It's very difficult for support to be "all things to all men". It suits you to be able to store your stakes in your profile. Does it suit everybody ? I very much doubt it. It would be inevitable that some guys would complain that they had not realised that their stakes were saved too and that this was wrong for them.

Given the vast array of personalisation options available to The Toy, the profile saving feature is a blessing. It enables traders to use more than one profile and to adapt to different markets. I think you should settle for this. It's easy enough to change the stake buttons.

The Toy has a history of being supported primarily by forum members for frequently asked questions. The technical aspects are for the Geek and his mates. This is the way it has been since the beginning and it has worked.

If a Toy user wishes to get specific advice from the Geek, or/and his team, then they would be better off writing to support by message or email.

The toy is a great bit of kit, best on the market actually. I have tried them all and they dont come close to how you can customize it to your own wants and want nots. I have not said anything about that. Im simply asking a question about the stakes buttons. Im asking IF there is a way to save it to a profile, thats all. I have tried everything and thought maybe i was missing something. I have not said a bad word about the toy, read whats there properly

I'll have to learn to read properly one day. It's hard to believe that I teach English, isn't it ? I was just trying to help. I advise you to contact support directly.
