How to keep a bet in queue after a suspension?

Tried to search at the forum and software to do this, but didn't found any answer.

The only way for your bet to stay after a suspension is to place it before the market goes in-play and change it's persistence to 'Keep Bet'. That way the bet is not cancelled by betfair when the market goes in-play and after a suspension.

If you placed the bet in-play there's no way to do that, as you won't be able to place a bet with a 'Keep Bet' persistence after the market has been turned live.
