We have released a new beta version for Betfair.

Now using edge browser in the software. This will require users to install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime on their machines if not already installed.

Hi. I recently upgraded to this version from I believe 1.5b. I found the following bug when trying to view the in-play coupon for football. When there are a lot of matches (e.g. Saturday, Sunday) half of the games don't load and only show the name of the teams and the date but not the odds. As you can see in the attached screenshots matches are only loaded until around 4.30 p.m. (GMT+1) on a Saturday. First screenshot shows how it should look and second is the bug when you scroll further down. I didn't have this problem before, I don't know when it was introduced.

Another bug I've found is that I can't open advanced charts. Both buttons 1 and 2 load the same chart.

Hi PelicanJoe, coupons not showing odds for next matches happen on very busy days only, especially weekend, not showing odds for matches starting in maybe next 2-3 hours. If you are looking for actual/very near matches, it should not be an issue. These future markets can be opened anyway. Looks like the software is saving some memory by not loading all info necessary. I had the issue with constant increase of memory usage with loading all matches in coupons in previous versions. Now its ok. Lets see, maybe Geek wasn't aware of this.

I had to wait for today with many markets to see what is happening. The coupons use the newer betfair esa streaming functionality for streamlined data retrieval, and there is a 200 market limit placed on this. This is what you are seeing.

I cannot replicate your chart bug. Working fine here.

I have a minor issue with tick offset. If you remember the problem with older versions freezing with very small stakes triggering tick offset, this seems to be related to that one. Now everything works fine, no freezing, but on occasion tick offset just stop working. Lets say I place a lay bet of 200 euro and someone take 0.02 euro of my stake. The application continues to work, but tick offset for that remaining 199.98 euro stops to work, it is like my stake "lost" information about tick offset. I was thinking it is caused by cross-matching of other selection or something but it seems to be related to a bet in a given selection. It is not a big deal, I can manually hedge afterwards. I am just reporting this. Btw in soccer markets in last months there are stakes of 0.02 euro all over the place, maybe some bots or something that does not help this issue.

I can't access any market on Geeks. It's loading forever. I can access normally betfair markets from geeks from "help and useful links".
I have 1.6e version, tried to reinstall it but the problem remains

Yep, no markets loading down here in Australia.

Same here, but I fixed. You need to uninstall Geeks, delete all settings folder from C 'All Users/AGeeks Toy (save your profiles folder [called 'Settings-Betfair'] first if you have any) and fresh install GT again. After that, login to see if it's working, and then copy/overwrite Settings-Betfair Folder, log out/login again.
