For those who are interested and had/have problems with price freezing for in running on horse races, I found a "fix" that it's working for me. I modified in API settings Manager "Max weighted calls per second" to 30 or 40. Before it was at 20. Now it's working much better without freezing in running.

Did you noticed any improvements? For me it's working. I traded today some races and I didn't had price freezing.

I've changed it today. My 'max weighted calls per second' was on 80, I've changed it to 50 and adjusted a few of the other settings. It's working well today, hope it stays this way come Saturday.

Your 'Prices' is 20 ms, is that right? My lowest is 200 ms.

You need to activate stream prices. Right click on Api settings manager. After that you can select 20 ms

20ms is nuts fast I find but has to be the way to go for people that dabble in play. I don't go any lower than 100ms pre race as only so much I can absorb plus filters the noise a little better I suppose, geeks toy on steroids at 20ms

You don't need to download 1.4p, it's identical to 1.4o apart from one little change to a default setting for new users that Betfair asked us to do.

It is no different for existing users whatsoever.
