District 9 - thought this was really good and I liked the way it was shot in a documentary style

if anyone would like a slow painful death then please watch Apocalypse Of The Dead
i think its more of a comedy than a horror but not meant to be,theres better acting in spongebob.

The best film I have seen since Gran Torino last year was The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Really excellent and the subtitles was not too off-putting. I have never read the book so did not know what to expect.

Still on the subtitles theme A Prophet is a French film about someone making his way up the ladder in a prison. rard, uncompromising, at times confusing with all the names but well worth watching.

City of God is the pick of the list there with GF I & II not far behind.
I like the dance scene in Pulp Fiction
