bahh, what a crap. Last time we could donate not having a paypal account, used moneybookers mastercard and everything went fine and instant. Now it looks like in Portugal you have to have a paypal account, when I made the account ok, when I try to do an instant pay with that card: "we can't verify the card". Tried the neteller card same. My bank card has no CCV number on the back. To top up the paypall it takes about 1-2 business days... what a big paypal crap. Thanks to that(paypal) i can't donate, can't help the children, and most of all can't trade.
