what is the difference between "uk exchange api" and "exchange stream api (uk)" ?

uk exchange api, you pull data from betfair.

exchange stream api (uk), betfair push data to you. Only certain methods are supported.

It is very laggy and updating slower than normal

There is something very wrong with the API! Or maybe its the toy. The prices stay ok, till they suddenly stop and don't move any more!!! Than I close the market, open it again and its fine. Then It repeats again. Any suggestions?

Anyone experiencing sticky API particularly over the last few Saturdays? Frequently getting API spikes up to 1000ms.

Yes, ping is higher than normal and a few spikes to the thousands
