cant place any bets: always "error in matcher", never seen that error-message, restart the system doesnt change anything, anyone else?

that is unacceptable, I agree. they could see (in the bet-history or at the paid commission percentage which is for traders normally between 3 and 4.5 %) who is a trader and then they could void all traders bets. but they are absolutly not interested, as always. do you have lost money? who cares? ...

Yep, it's obviously a trade, I backed £100 here, laid £100 there, backed £77 here laid £77 there, and now, at the moment there software f**s up I want to back an outsider for £77?
They could cancel all bets placed 10 seconds, 1 minute or 5 minutes (or anything) before the crash happened. Especially when it's clearly a trade and not a bet.
From now on I'll have reserves in Daq to hedge positions when BF goes down.

The other tweet I got was: "We understand, but unfrortunately we never guarantee that you'll be able to trade at any times. Apologies." Considering that it's their mistake and could have cost their customers thousands of pounds they don't seem too bothered.
UnfRortunately they don't have spell check either.
