I don't know what is going on but I've made a video from todays trading sesion: I had NO PROBLEM with lag and API were so stable that I was able to lose only 4.39. With that super fast connection I am really confident of what I am doing because I lost only that !

I use it in Switzerland (Basel) and Spain (Girona) and the connection is fine in both.

Sometimes it can take a few retires to get a connection weekend afternoons when all the expats log on to watch UK TV, but for £5 a month it's pretty good.

I got it originally to watch RUK and ATR but the feeds are available on BF now.

I'm in Switzerland on Monday, so I'll be able to test if I'm having connection problems to BF and if the VPN fixes it.

my API just blocked twice for 20 seconds...
since i changed connection today, dont know if it depends from my connection or not.
did you notice it?

I had it too, I've just hooked the laptop up to the UK VPN to see if there is any difference between UK and non UK connection if it happens again.

thank you very much, i was already swearing against the new provider... since i moved to a place far from the city, i installed a wi-max antenna on the roof.
i expected a higher ping but not dead Api for 20 seconds!

i just experienced a total loss of API data for several minutes.
my connection was ok and i was able to close my position on site interface, only API was not working.
was i the only one?

I've traded all the horse races in running so far today without any problems so it seems connection / API is fine in the UK.
