Buy a Kindle and put loads of books on it. I am not gambling and am developing a taste for French authors like Camus and Zola ( because their e-books are free ).

I'm not defending betfair at all here but sometimes in order to test something they need to test it under site stress to see if it works. Especially if th root cause is traffic related. Testing it when there is no traffic on the site is useless so they can disrupt us for a few minutes today or cross their fingers and hope it doesn;t take a whole day out saturday. I know which one I would rather have.
